Andrew Skegg, CPMSIA, RSP
Andrew graduated from the University of Ballarat with a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hazard Management and is a Chartered Professional Member of the Safety Institute of Australia. He has consulted for industries of all size in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. His work has mainly focused on hazard identifications, risk assessments, safety management systems audits and accident investigations.
Andrew is currently contracted as a Risk and Safety Advisor to Visy Pulp and Paper in Tumut (New South Wales) for their $650 million paper machine upgrade. He is also the current President of the Safety Institute of Australia in Tasmania, Australia.

Mr David Skegg, CFSIA
David commenced his career with risk and safety management in 1965, and has been associated with risk management in a number of industries and roles. He has also been involved in general management in industries as diverse as pharmaceutical manufacturing, computer technology, retail food distribution, and multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.
David is a graduate of Ballarat University, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Safety Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He has acted as an expert witness in a number of jurisdictions, and has completed government inquiries into various incidents. David has extensive experience internationally, with some 40-odd trips to the Middle East in the last five years undertaking risk assessments, short course training, and consulting assignments. He presently holds the position of Director, Risk Engineering and Safety Services for SEMF Pty Ltd, an engineering consultancy of about 170 professionals with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Launceston, and Hobart.
David is the immediate Past National President of the Safety Institute of Australia, a member of the Governing Board of JAS-ANZ, Chairman of Community Transport Services Tasmania, President of the Rotary Club of Hobart, a Director of several private companies, and a Bench Justice in Tasmania. He lives in Hobart and is recently widowed. He has two children and four grand children. In his spare time, he is a church organist, bell-ringer, red wine enthusiast, and boating wannabe.
