Request Access

If this is your first time accessing the SIA members area, you may need to retrieve your access details, particularly your password from SIA. To do this online, you have two options:

  1. If you have access to the registered email address for your SIA membership, go to the password lookup form. Your details will be sent to the registered email address.
  2. If you do not know your registered email address (as listed for your SIA membership) or do not have access to it, use the form below to request access to the site. Once you have logged in you can change your registered email address.

What Happens When the Form is Submitted?

When you fill in this form, your details will be sent to an SIA staff member. The staff member will then check your details and contact you to arrange your access. It may take up to 1 business day to verify your details and contact you back.
