LexisNexis Media appointed as the SIA's National Publisher
A formal Services Agreement has been established, with the approval of the SIA National Board of Management, between LexisNexis Media and the Institute to produce and distribute the following SIA national publications:
(i) eNewsletter titled "OHS Professional enews";
(ii) Magazine titled "OHS Professional"; and
(iii) Peer-reviewed scientific journal titled the "Journal of Health and Safety Research and Practice".
As a division of Reed Elsevier, one of the world's leading publishers and information providers, LexisNexis Media has a presence in more than 100 countries and extensive experience in producing a number of major industry publications including OHS specific magazines, e.g. Risk Management and HR Professionals.
We are confident that this publishing agreement will provide greater awareness of the SIA and its work as the peak body for OHS professionals in Australia and elsewhere. The opportunity to influence the OHS profession and lead the way through such innovative publications will play a significant part in setting the OHS agenda for both our profession and the wider Australian community
