WorkCover NSW has advised that they are investigating the death of a 59 year old male worker at an industrial estate on Reserve Road, Artarmon on Wednesday, 8th August.
WorkCover’s initial enquiries indicate the man was unloading a vehicle when he became trapped between another vehicle and suffered fatal crush injuries.
WorkCover NSW advises that their inspectors have visited the site and are conducting enquiries and expect to prepare a report for the Coroner.
