Mixed fortunes for OHS harmonisation

While the Federal and Northern Territory Governments recently passed their own harmonised OHS laws, the South Australian Government’s Upper House voted to defer debate on its Work Health and Safety Act until February next year while the Tasmanian Government’s Upper House voted to delay the implementation of its laws for 12 months.
