Queensland questions value of harmonisation

The Queensland Government recently warned that it would not adopt Model Work Health and Safety for its mining sector.
"The current attitude of the Newman LNP Government is that we remain unconvinced that the national model legislation is in Queensland’s best interests," said the State's Minister for Natural Resources and Mines, Andrew Cripps.
