SafeStart
SafeStart is a human error prevention program that gets people to be "more careful" and "take more care" so they can take responsibility for their own safety.
SafeStart reduces unintentional and habitual 'at risk' behaviour, the very behaviours that are currently being ignored by safety management systems, behaviour based safety programs and safety leadership initiatives. Importantly, these unintentional and habitual 'at risk' behaviours are responsible for over 90% of acute injuries at work, at home and on the road.
Over 1.5 million people have been trained in SafeStart world-wide. The 7000+ workplaces that have implemented SafeStart typically achieve 60-90% reduction of incident rates within 6-12 months, irrespective of where they are in their safety culture journey.
