Dear SIA Members
Please find attached (requires member login/password) a copy of the SIA Respectful Behaviour Policy & Issue Resolution Procedures that was recently approved by the SIA National Board of Management for national application.
This policy clearly states that the Institute will not tolerate bullying, discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, victimisation, vilification or violence under any circumstances.
Division Presidents are talking action to implement this important policy in conjunction with their respective Committees of Management.
I would like to acknowledge the professional efforts of the SIA Victoria Division Committee of Management to initiate the development of this policy.
