The management arrangements for the Chapter including the SIA-Academy of University OHS Education and Research and the SIA Vocational and Workplace Trainer's Group are given in the Governing Rules. The management structure is summarised below.
All office bearers are to be financial members of the SIA with the President and Vice President of the Chapter being members of the College of Fellows. The Committee of Management for the Chapter is made up of the office bearers and committee members of the Academy and the Training Group with the President, Vice President and Secretary of the Chapter being elected from within the Committee of Management.
