The Safety Institute of Australia and ENGENEOHS invites you to join Erik Hollnagel for an evening seminar during his visit to Australia.
Erik's topic for the evening will be: What Happens When "Nothing" Happens?
It recaps by touching on ETTO & Safety II. He also takes the thinking a shade further to contextualise the concepts into our everyday thinking. This sets us up better to imagine (WAI) what is required for implementation of the concepts in our real world (WAD).
Without going too “deep” he further challenges the thinking of a wide audience as well as providing "food for thought" by reinforcing the application of the RAG (Resilience Assessment Grid) potentials.
