On behalf of ENGENEOHS and the Safety Insitute of Australia, we invite you to participate in the FRAM Masterclass...Advanced application of the FRAM, which will be held from 20-21 September 2018 in Perth.
Erik's FRAM Masterclass is designed for safety professionals and academics who are experienced in the application of the FRAM.
Delegates should have completed the 2-day Introduction to FRAM Workshop and bring along any Models developed utilising the FRAM, to the course.
In this advanced Workshop, Professor Erik Hollnagel works with delegates to develop and apply the FRAM in a comprehensive approach for the management of Safety-II, called the Resilience Assessment Grid (RAG). It details the principles of the RAG and how it can be used to develop the resilience potentials. He explains how the four sets of diagnostic and formative questions of the RAG can be tailored to an organisation.
The questions are based on the principles of resilience engineering and backed by practical experience from several domains.
Opportunity will be provided for the critical review and further development of models applicable to your organisations or wicked problems.
